The WIN System Repeaters app ("the App") is operated by the WIN System amateur radio network. This policy describes how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.

## Information We Collect

### Location Data
The App requests access to your device's GPS location solely to calculate your distance from WIN System repeaters. Your location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers, stored, or shared with any third party.

### Feedback Submissions
When you voluntarily submit feedback through the App, we collect the information you provide, which may include your amateur radio callsign, a repeater name, feedback type, and your message. This information is submitted via Google Forms and stored in Google's infrastructure. We use this information only to improve repeater operations and respond to reported issues.

### Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, phone number, address) unless you voluntarily include it in a feedback submission.
- We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.
- We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- We do not use cookies.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data to third parties.

## How We Use Information

- **Location data** is used on-device only to display your distance from repeaters. It is never transmitted off your device.
- **Feedback submissions** are used to maintain and improve the WIN System repeater network.

## Data Storage and Security

- Location data is not stored. It is used in real-time on your device and discarded.
- Feedback submissions are stored in Google Forms/Google Sheets and are accessible only to WIN System staff and control operators.

## Third-Party Services

The App connects to the following external services:

- **winsystem.org** — to download the current repeater directory (no personal data is transmitted).
- **Google Forms** — to submit user-initiated feedback (only the data you explicitly enter is transmitted).

## Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is intended for licensed amateur radio operators.

## Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request deletion of any feedback you have submitted. Since we do not collect or store location data or device identifiers, there is no additional personal data to delete.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
