Mt. Otay is over 3,5000 feet in elevation, and is 20 miles South East of San Diego and 21/2 miles North of the Mexiacan Border.  It covers San Diego very well as well as a couple of hours drive down into Mexico.  It also covers the coast up through Orange, Los Angeles, and Ventura Counties.
